WEL: Is Java 7 compatible with Waterford student stations?

Version - 4.2 through 5.0
Version 4.x
WEL 4.2 through 4.4.0.68 are compatible with Java 7 for Microsoft Windows because Waterford includes its own Java runtime (javaw.exe) in the product installer. With this, WEL 4.x has its own isolated Java environment and any Java installed directly to the operating system, such as Java 7, does not affect the application.
Version 5.x
WEL 5.0.5.45, SR1, SR2, and 5.1 are not compatible with Java 7, and are not supported at this time.
Note: Only 32-bit versions of Java are supported.
