Teachers and Administrators

To look up your username:

1. Go to http://www.pearsonsuccessnet.com/.
2. Click the Forgot your Username link.
3. Enter your First name, Last name, e-mail address, and zip code.
4. Select the school where your username is registered.
5. Click Go.
6. Your password will be sent to the email address in your profile.

To reset your password:

1. Go to http://www.pearsonsuccessnet.com/.
2. Click the Forgot your Password link.
3. Enter your username.
4. Click Go.
5. If the password hint does not help, answer the security question.
6. Click Email Token. SuccessNet will email a token that will allow you to change your password.
7. Copy the token from the email and paste it into the Token text box.
8. Click Submit.
9. Enter a new password, and then click Submit.
10. Your password has now been changed. Close the window, and log in with the newly created password.

Tokens may be used one time only. After changing the password, it is safe to delete the email containing the token.

Students

Product Support cannot reset student passwords. You must contact your teacher if you lose your password.
